Inafa’maolek (Hospitality) at its Best!
BY DR. CHUCK KELLEY — Earlier this month, my wife (Dr. Jenny Kelley) and I had the opportunity to personally visit the Outrigger Guam Resort, and we were most impressed. Under General Manager John Wigsten’s new leadership, the property is flourishing with near sold- out occupancies and a staff that cares for every guest need with genuine warm hospitality. We enjoyed walking the Tumon Bay beach at daybreak, snorkeling in the clear waters right out front of the hotel and most of all chatting with the employees, many who have been there since the opening. The outstanding location, excellent guest services and warm island hospitality all create a wonderful vacation experience. Thank you to all who made our stay so memorable.
