BY BOB YEOMAN — With 280 amazing years of experience (cumulative years of service of the Maintenance Crew), the Maintenance department of the Embassy Suites® – Waikiki Beach Walk® is like no other! The maintenance of this five-year building is impeccable, thanks to the expertise of 17 remarkable, skilled professionals.
Two unannounced Quality Assurance Inspections happen every year to ensure that the Embassy Suites Brand Standards are met. Can you imagine the high expectations throughout the year that our Maintenance department exceeds? Achieving above 90 percent for the overall condition of the hotel speaks for itself.
Embassy Suites is surrounded by restaurants, shops and a parking structure that spirals up into the building. We manage a Loading Dock that services all retail as well as the property. Aside from the many detailed and timely tasks that are required by State, City and the Embassy Brand, we are also responsible for an air conditioner chiller that services Wyndham at Waikiki Beach Walk and the Outrigger Reef on the Beach.
