Norman, who currently works at the OHANA Waikiki East, is an invaluable member of our ‘ohana who lives the values of Ke ‘Ano Wa‘a. He is a true Mea Ho‘okipa (Host) who strives to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and special throughout their stay. Norman always completes assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner in the spirit of  Kina‘ole (Flawlessness). Norman is an exemplary employee who demonstrates what hospitality is all about.
