The Outrigger on the Lagoon – Fiji (FOR) holds monthly celebrations to honor outstanding employees and recognize members of our vuvale (family) who have celebrated birthdays. This month, we also celebrated the 8th Anniversary of the Outrigger on the Lagoon – Fiji.

General Manager Darren Shaw thanked everyone for their outstanding achievements, especially in the area of customer service. He noted that he receives numerous letters from our guests expressing their appreciation of the excellent service they received while at the property.

Guests were treated to a special performance of a traditional Fijian dance by Kirty Chand, (Miss Digicel Personality and Miss Digicel Charity) who performed a traditional Fijian dance.

Each month, awards are given in three categories: Back-of-the-House Employee of the Month, Front-of-the-House Employee of the Month, and Manager of the Month.
