On Wednesday, February 3, Marlou instinctively and without hesitation, put out a smouldering fire in an open trash container which was located in the hotel lobby. There was a large group registering at the time, and had it not been for Marlou’s quick thinking and follow through, a very bad situation could have developed. He saved the hotel from possible damage and loss of revenue.

Although Marlou has only been a member of the Outrigger ‘ohana for six months, he has already earned the respect of his coworkers. Marlou always has a positive attitude and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
