Elvis will be “in the building” at the Outrigger Reef on the Beach (ORF) this Halloween, when Outrigger and Kuloko Arts of Hawaii present “In the Spirit of Elvis” on October 31, 2009.
Andy Stankovich, New Zealand’s No. 1 Elvis Impersonator, will perform two live shows of Elvis Presley’s most recognizable hits, including the popular “Blue Hawaii.” The first performance will be poolside at the ORF starting at 4:30 p.m. The second show is scheduled for 9:30 p.m. at the Shore Bird Restaurant and will be followed by a costume and karaoke contest. Both shows are free and open to the public.
Dressed in sequined splendor and sounding incredibly like the King of Rock ‘n Roll himself, Andy Stankovich is one of the most authentic Elvis Impersonators or Elvis Tribute Artists around. His unique singing style, natural moves, precision, and high-energy performances get audiences all over the world “All Shook Up.” Andy Stankovich, a natural crowd pleaser, will be available for photo ops and autographs after each show.
To compliment this event, Kuloko Arts of Hawaii will conduct a “Spirit of Elvis” exhibit and sale of Elvis pencil drawings by Hawaii portrait artist Mary Beth from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. In addition, “Elvis Eyes” masks, designed by Kuloko Arts of Hawaii owner Kathleen King, will be available to customers while supplies last.
Come celebrate Halloween at the Outrigger Reef on the Beach, and mahalo to Kuloko Arts of Hawaii for sponsoring such a fun and energetic event!
