This Valentine’s Day, February 14, the Outrigger Reef on the Beach (ORF), Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach (OWK), and Embassy Suites® - Waikiki Beach Walk® (ESH) are offering guests a chance to renew their romance with complimentary vow renewal ceremonies. These jubilant, non-denominational ceremonies will incorporate unique Hawaiian-style elements that couples will remember forever. Outrigger Reef and Outrigger Waikiki
Guests of ORF and OWK will enjoy a morning ceremony on the beach fronting the ORF. The 8 a.m. ceremony draws upon an ancient Hawaiian custom, Ho‘ao Pa‘a, in which a man and woman were bound in lasting union. The ceremony will begin with the blowing of the conch shell, followed by a Hawaiian chant by the kahu (priest), traditional hula and song. A gentle sprinkling of sea water will bless each couple before they recite their vows in the Hawaiian language. In addition, each participating couple will receive a commemorative certificate, photo memento, champagne toast, and flower lei.
For reservations, please call 1-800-Outrigger or go to www.outrigger.com.
