Please join Human Resources in congratulating Leah Matters on her recent promotion to Rooms Division Manager, after only eight months working at Outrigger Twin Towns Resort.

Leah’s extensive experience in hospitality, conferencing, and property management, together with her commitment to service excellence, has fast-tracked her promotion from Front Office Manager at our 355-room resort located in the picturesque seaside towns of Coolangatta and Tweed Heads.

In her new role, she will assist in overseeing a range of resort operations, including Back of House and Front Office Operations, while also maintaining resort operational and system standards to ensure consistency in service, quality, and yield.

Prior to joining Outrigger Twin Towns Resort, Leah had worked at a range of Gold Coast hotels and resorts, including Gold Coast International Hotel, Mediterranean Resort, and Legends Hotel.

She will complement the skills of the talented and dynamic team who work at Outrigger Twin Towns Resort.
