I am pleased to join Human Resources in welcoming Patsy Narimatsu back to the Outrigger ‘ohana. As the newly-appointed Director of Sales & Marketing for the Outrigger Beachfront Properties, Patsy’s responsibilities will include working with the Sales & Marketing team, and positioning our Beachfront properties to maintain and gain market share within our competitive set. Her key focus will be to successfully build on the Outrigger Reef on the Beach’s (ORF) launch plan and increase sales there, as well as position the ORF at the forefront of the Hawaii market.

Patsy comes to Outrigger from the Hilton Waikiki Prince Kuhio, where she was the Director of Sales & Marketing and responsible for the overall sales and marketing efforts for the 601-room hotel and for 17,000 square feet of meeting space. Many of you may remember Pasty, as she held the same position when the Prince Kuhio was an Outrigger.

Patsy is currently the First Vice President of the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association, a board member for the Travel Women of Hawaii, and a member of the American Business Women’s Association, the National Business Travel Association, and the Travel and Tourism Research Association.

Patsy is married to Deems Narimatsu, who is Senior Vice President at Roberts Hawaii. Together they have three children, Michelle, Michael, and Taylor, and are expecting their first grandchild in October!

Pasty is highly-respected in the hospitality industry and has built strong relationships with travel partners and guests. We look forward to having her once again be part of the Outrigger team.
