The Outrigger on the Lagoon - Fiji (FOR) holds monthly celebrations to honor our most outstanding employees and to recognize members of our vuvale (family) who have excelled. Awards are presented to: Back-of-the-House Employee of the Month, Front-of-the-House Employee of the Month, Manager of the Month, and Outstanding Division. Birthdays for the month are also celebrated.

Adam Vonthethoff, Director of Food and Beverage thanked the staff for the outstanding service they provide our guests. In addition, he thanked everyone for their commitment to the community and for joining together to make the Outrigger on the Lagoon – Fiji a wonderful place to work
