At their quarterly celebration Balie Onse, The Outrigger Guam Resort, OHANA Oceanview Guam, and the OHANA Bayview Guam were proud to celebrate another year of Inafa’ Maolek, “In welcoming and entertaining guests and strangers we, as hosts, commit ourselves to excellence in making it good for everyone,” with a kick-off luncheon held at Fort San Jose ballroom on January 19, 2010.
The Guam properties were introduced to our special concept of CARE: Create A Remarkable Experience. Hosts of our Guam properties have been attending hospitality training sessions, “Guest Care,” since November of 2009. After celebrating ten years of Hafa Adai (welcoming guests) Service to our guests; we have begun a new period of Hafa Adai by revisiting our values and creating even more moments of Inafa’ Maolek!
The Put I’ Familia Committee is currently working on a special program to promote our CARE program, and we look forward to celebrating – CARE: the Inafa’ Maolek Way.
