Since joining the Outrigger on the Lagoon – Fiji (FOR) vuvale (family) earlier this year, Trainer Ashika Devi has been busy working on strategies to improve training for our employees. At FOR, we believe in training the “Outrigger Way,” which means providing the best training the first time and inspiring the “Bula Spirit.” Hospitality training is essential to our industry, as all employees must understand that satisfied and happy guests are essential to the success of our organization.

A big thank you to General Manager Darren Shaw, who has been extremely supportive by ensuring all Managers, Supervisors, and hourly employees attend these important sessions. At FOR, we believe training is the key to providing an outstanding product and hospitality. We are excited by how committed everyone is to put this new training into action!
