The Outrigger Laguna Phuket Resort & Villas realizes how important training is—for employees, to the employer, to guests, and to the trainers themselves. Recently we kicked off training activities for 2011.
The hotel was operating at 95 percent occupancy when our team undertook the “Train the Trainer” program. Even so, Department Heads were committed to assigning one of their key Supervisors/Managers to attend, as they knew its importance.
After completion of the program, one of our participants said, “Not only do we understand how to effectively train our team, we also learned how to be a good leader!”
