BY CLARISSA SACLA — In the spirit of the Inafa’maolek (Hospitality) value, the Outrigger Guam Beach Resort (OGM) celebrated its much-awaited 14th annual host appreciation party with much fanfare on the evening of March 8. This year’s theme was carnival inspired, complete with game booths, photo booth, popcorn machine, and to the hosts’ delight, an assortment of clowns, mimes, and Gypsy fortunetellers. The festivity was filled with delicious food, outstanding entertainment, heartfelt camaraderie, games that amused, and incredible prizes.

What makes OGM’s host appreciation parties special, aside from how much fun they are, is that the management team serves as organizers, decorators, carpenters, bussers, dishwashers, buffet runners, bartenders and receptionists to make the event a success. They do this, in part, because it’s their way of giving back to the hosts for their dedication and hard work, but mostly because it is The Outrigger Way!
