Primie Marzan and So‘o Tana

BY PRIMIE MARZAN — This past week was set aside to refresh our minds on our values ‘Ohana (Family) and Wahi (Place).

Housekeeping hosts expressed their appreciation to front desk hosts by cooking a delicious breakfast of SPAM®, eggs and rice. At our morning briefing, I had the pleasure of welcoming everyone to the start of a bright and beautiful day expressing our appreciation to our front desk hosts for their patience and for always helping us.

Executive Housekeeper Divina [Garcia] also expressed her pleasure at being able to let the front desk know how much she appreciates them. Divina and I thanked, in particular, Front Office Manager So‘o [Tana] for working so well with housekeeping.

The camaraderie amongst housekeeping and front desk hosts keeps everyone smiling and shows our guests how much we care for one another.
