Ashika will be in charge of the property’s Training department and will be responsible for the proper identification and delivering of training needs to ensure our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to provide the excellent hospitality for which FOR is well known. As training is a very important component of Operations, we are delighted Ashika has joined our Team!
Praveena Dewan
The Outrigger on the Lagoon – Fiji is pleased to announce the promotion of Praveena Dewan to the position of Manager, Bebe Spa Sanctuary. Previously, she was part of the Banquets department, as the Coordinator of Wedding and Functions, where she built a fine reputation with her attentive management and organizational skills and overall business sense. Already her creative and professional approach to staff and guests has seen her make a positive impact on Bebe Spa in the short time she has been part of the team.
